- Parental Consent: Children under 18 must play under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children's app usage, device settings, and managing In-App Purchase authorization.

All rights, titles, and interests in and to Micoplay and Mico World: Creative Kids Game — including but not limited to vector art, graphics, animations, code, audio, user interfaces, branding, visual novel/pretend-play elements, and digital assets — are the exclusive property of Micoplay or its licensors.
Mico World™ is a trademark of Micoplay. Micoplay and Micoplay Games are trademarks of Micoplay.
- Usage License: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play Mico World for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
- Restrictions: You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on our games, assets, or software without prior written authorization from Micoplay.
🛒 In-App Purchases & Virtual Content
- Parental Safety Gate: Our App includes In-App Purchases (IAP) to unlock full game levels, content packages, or features. All IAP interactions are protected by a parental safety challenge.
- Billing: All transactions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Purchases are subject to the payment terms and refund policies of the respective app store platform.
- No Cash Value: Unlocked virtual content, levels, or items hold no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts.
🌐 Website & Future Web Demos
- Waitlist Registration: If you sign up on our Site to join a waitlist or receive product updates, you agree to provide an accurate, adult-operated email address.
- Web Demos: We may offer web-based trial versions of our games on our Site. Web gameplay is provided "as-is" for personal evaluation purposes and may differ in features from the mobile version.
